CASCADA elevates wellbeing through every part of the guest journey, including dining. Our cuisine is intentionally crafted to nourish body and mind with clean, wellness centered ingredients. We avoid seed oils, single use plastic, and source from local growers and producers whenever possible.

Terra Mae is led by Executive Chef Megan Sky and Executive Chef de Cuisine Jules Boyd, whose combined culinary lineage blends Portuguese soul with Japanese precision.

Using the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and honoring ingredients from seed to stem, they craft food that is thoughtful, expressive, and rooted in place.

Tuesday - Thursday: 5:00 pm to 9:00pm
Friday + Saturday: 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Alberta Street Coffee is your daily ritual made beautiful. The menu includes specialty coffee made with carefully sourced beans, alternative milks crafted for steaming, and pastries and light bites made witout seed oils. Whether you want a quiet moment alone or a comfortable place to meet a friend, Alberta Street Coffee sets the tone for a creative, thoughtful day.
