CASCADA elevates wellbeing through every part of the guest journey, including dining. Our cuisine is intentionally crafted to nourish body and mind with clean, wellness centered ingredients. We avoid seed oils and single use plastic, and source from local growers and producers whenever possible.

Terra Mae is led by Executive Chef Megan Sky and Executive Chef de Cuisine Jules Boyd, whose combined culinary lineage blends Portuguese soul with Japanese precision.

Using the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and honoring ingredients from seed to stem, they craft food that is thoughtful, expressive, and rooted in place.

Hours: Tuesday - Thursday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Friday + Saturday, 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
