Each class is crafted to help you move well, feel connected, and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, supported by everything you need for a seamless experience.

Fitness + Thermal

Visit for a full-body reset. Choose a group fitness class or a 60-minute strength and cardio session and pair it with a three-hour Thermal Springs experience in whatever order feels best. You will also have access to studios typically reserved for hotel guests and members. Both sessions must be booked on the same day.

CASCADA Lift

Strength Studio supports intentional training with a curated selection of free weights, functional equipment, and space to move with purpose. Designed for focused workouts, the studio helps you build strength, stability, and confidence at your own pace. Hours: 6:30 am to 9:00 pm daily

Cardio Studio

Enjoy steady, energizing movement in a space equipped with modern machines arranged for comfort and flow. Designed for focused training, it helps you build endurance, clarity, and momentum at your own pace.

Equipment includes:

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa

Our 60-min Signature Vinyasa, offered as both heated and unheated, is designed to awaken your body, breath, and mind. In this class, you will be guided through a sequence of poses that will align with your breath creating a continuous flow. When heated, the studio will be set to 104°-106°, using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air. You will leave this class feeling a deeper sense of self and a greater connection with your mind and body.

Power Flow

Our 60-min Power Flow class, offered as both heated and unheated, is designed to build your physical and mental strength. In the class, expect to move through fun but challenging flows that will bring you to your own edge. Show up as you are, and be ready to sweat, our Power Flow class will be excellent for burning calories, boosting the heart rate, energizing the mind and giving you that boost to get through the rest of your day or week. When heated, the studio will be set to 104°-106°, using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air.

Warm Slow Flow

Our 60-min Warm Slow Flow is a slower style of yoga that will allow you to focus on moving more mindfully through various poses. Combining the breath-to-movement of vinyasa with the longer held poses of hatha yoga, you will experience a slow, mindful flow, in which poses are held for 3-5 breaths. These longer holds will challenge your body in a whole new way. This class will emphasize grounding, alignment and breath awareness in a warm studio heated to 92°- 94° using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air. You will leave this class feeling relaxed and calm in both your mind and body.

Warm Gentle Vinyasa

Our 60-min Warm Gentle Vinyasa takes the same principles of our Signature Vinyasa class but in a beginner friendly format accessible for all levels. Designed to awaken your body, breath, and mind, this class will guide you through a sequence of gentle poses that will align with your breath creating a continuous flow. Whether it's your first time on the mat or you've crafted your own practice, this class will allow you to dive deep into the world of yoga in our Infrared Studio. The studio will be heated to 92°-94°, using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air.

Restorative Yoga

Our Restorative Yoga, offered as both warm and unheated, will be all about passive stretching and allowing your body to melt into your mat with longer holds while being fully supported by props. Creating a meditative experience, class will be spent close to the ground, holding shapes for longer periods of time, approximately 5-10 minutes. In this class, you will enter a deep state of relaxation centering your parasympathetic nervous system, which will help you recover and recharge from stress. When warm, the studio will be set to 80°, using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air.

Unheated Candlelit Yin

Our 60-min Unheated Candlelit Yin class will work deep into the connective tissue of your body through passive, longer-held poses, approximately 3-5 minutes. This class will help you improve flexibility and circulation, while balancing the mind and body, encouraging deeper relaxation. Led under just the lights of candles, this class will keep you close to the ground. We empower you to pay attention to your breath, thoughts, and the sensations in your body to leave with a greater awareness of your most inner self.

Barre

Our 45-min Barre class is a total-body workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. No dance experience is needed for this dynamic session of barre-based exercises. You will engage muscles you wouldn't normally target—ones deep inside your body that squats, lunges and sit-ups don't reach. You will achieve this through lighter resistance and high reps. Muscular endurance is the goal in this low impact, beat driven, workout. When heated, the studio will be set to 92°- 94°, using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air. Music is matched with the energy and intensity of the class and is often played at loud volumes, which may be uncomfortable for some. Ear plugs are available at the Spa Desk upon request.

Mat Pilates

Our 45-min Mat Pilates is a low-impact, total body workout, where you will build strength, improve posture, and support a stronger mind-body connection. Accessible to all fitness levels, this class will combine strength and flexibility to improve postural alignment, reduce pain, and increase core strength. Props will be utilized occasionally to add resistance. When heated, the studio will be set to 92°- 94°, using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air.

Sculpt

Our 45 min Sculpt class, offered both heated and unheated, will build lean muscle through total body conditioning in a way that will leave you feeling energized and upbeat! Class will begin with a dynamic warm up to prep the body for high-impact movements. You will then move through a series of strength exercises paired with cardio bursts, to rev the heart rate building muscular and cardiovascular strength. Props will be utilized occasionally to add resistance in this beat-driven, total body workout. When heated, the studio will be set to 92°- 94°, using the power of Infrared Heat to mimic the sun's warmth. The radiant energy will warm your body and the floor rather than the surrounding air. Total Body Strength

Our 45 min Total Body Strength is where strength meets sweat and grit! This class will utilize kettlebells, handheld weights, and resistance bands to build muscular and cardiovascular strength. These classes include circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and finish with core training and stretching for a sweaty, total body experience. Music is matched with the energy and intensity of the class and is often played at loud volumes, which may be uncomfortable for some. Ear plugs are available at the Spa Desk upon request. This class is unheated.
