Thermal Springs + Spa

What is the cancellation policy?+

Spa services require 24-hour notice. Thermal Springs and group fitness require 8-hour notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.

Do I need a swimsuit?+

Yes. A swimsuit is required for the Thermal Springs, and bathing suits are available for purchase in our second-floor retail space.

Are reservations required?+

Yes. Reservations are required for all spa treatments and Thermal Springs visits.

Should I enjoy the Springs before a treatment?+

We recommend enjoying the Springs before your treatment for the greatest benefit.

Is gratuity included?+

Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated as a gesture of thanks.

Fitness

Are group fitness classes open to the public?+

Yes. All of our group fitness classes are open to the public.

Do I need to reserve a class?+

We recommend making a reservation to secure your spot, though Spa Reception can accommodate walk-ins when space is available.

What should I bring?+

We provide the necessary props, including yoga mats and sweat towels. Bring yourself and a water bottle.

Hotel

When are check-in and check-out?+

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is before 12:00 p.m.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?+

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival with no penalty. Changes within 48 hours of arrival may incur one night of room and tax.

Is Thermal Springs access included?+

Thermal Springs access and spa services are reserved separately. The Destination Fee includes preferred pricing with 50% savings on Day Passes.

Are pets welcome?+

Yes. A $50 pet fee per pet, per stay applies.
