We invite you to arrive with openness and curiosity, ready to explore the thermal cycle and the quiet spaces that follow. Take your time, hydrate well, and listen to what your body needs. Our team is here to guide you, support your comfort, and help you create your own rhythm of heat, cold, and rest. Each visit is an opportunity to renew your energy and feel fully present in your body.

We will provide you with towels & sandals. Water and tea is provided within the Wellness Club. Bathing suits are available for purchase in our retail shop.
