Fitness + Thermal

Visit for a full-body reset. Choose a group fitness class or a 60-minute strength and cardio session and pair it with a three-hour Thermal Springs experience in whatever order feels best. You will also have access to studios typically reserved for hotel guests and members. Both sessions must be booked on the same day.

A strength studio designed for intentional training, from free weights to cable systems and functional movement. Build power at your pace in a space that feels focused, calm, and restorative.
