Use of CASCADA's facilities is at your own risk. You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions, use facilities responsibly, and respect other guests.

We may refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior. Amenities may not always be available.

CASCADA offers thermal and wellness experiences that may not be suitable for all individuals. You are responsible for determining your fitness to participate and should consult a medical professional if needed.

You assume all risks associated with use of the facilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASCADA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of use, revenue, or enjoyment, or service interruptions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CASCADA and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your negligence or misconduct.

All content, branding, and materials are owned by CASCADA and may not be used without permission.

We may rely on third party providers for bookings, payments, and communications. We are not responsible for their performance or availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
